It's 6 days post chemo and alhamdulillah I'm feeling much much better. A doctor did warn me before that side effects of chemo can usually kick in again 6-10 days post chemo. So I wont speak too soon, but let's just hope that with the prayers of all my beloved families and friends, and with the will of Allah, I will remain strong.
Talking about health, someone else is in need of my domperidone tablets. Unfortunately, Jep is currently down with what we medical-geeks call as Acute Gastroenteritis. Food poisoning that is. Which is why he's taking my domperidone tablets.
Diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, you name it. He's got all the text-book symptoms. Kesian Jep.
At the moment, Mom has got two patients to look after. Kesian pulak mama.
Let's pray Jep gets well soon.

Dugaan Allah, hikmahNya sangat manis.. these are only the raw ingredients...trust Allah. He knows what's best for us.
Juz nak cerita a bit about me, I went for my medical chk up (the regular one) lps raya haji hari tu. Blood taken. Blood pressure - "tertinggi normal" coz dah makan atenolol! then - the sugar level - 7.7! oops.. tinggi tu. I guess sebab lps raya haji kot. So kena dtg balik utk blood test, minum air gula and blood test balik so baru boleh confirm diabetic (huhu). A week before my 2nd med chk up ie on 26/12, was trying -- kena abstain from eating a lot of things and sebagai usaha - minum macam teh termasuk mas cotet!=). So on 26 dengan saspennye pegi la chk up. amik darah and urine, minum air gula yang pekat (1 full mug) - then hv to come back after 2 hrs to gv the blood and urine sample again. It was a horrying experience for me.Sakit amik darah ni and the air gula..eeewwwe... Masa tu maktam berdoa agar maktam sihat and really menghargai masa sihat mak tam and betapa maktam selalu leka dalam mengingati Allah. and masa ni juga maktam terbayangkan Allahyarhammah Wan masa dia terlantar di hospital dgn begitu banyak bhgn tubuhnya dicucuk, dsb. and she didnt complain one bit sedangkan maktam cucuk dua kali je (3 kali jika kira one time misi tu suka hati dia cucuk cari urat tak jumpa!)dah rasa sakit and insaf sangat. Maktam juga teringat Afzal dan maktam rasa maktam tak sekuat wan dan Afzal untuk melalui kesakitan. Tapi the result ...phew...came out well. after minum air gula pun .. its 6.5! yahoo! shukur dan enjoy sakan lepas tu terus beli hersheylicious pie (choc pie) from burger king, alamanda! Makan ngan Ainul! hehe.
Sorry post maktam panjang. Juz want to share my story coz maktam ingat masa Afzal balik dulu Afzal will always asked me if i hv taken my ubat...Thanx.
So Afzal,take care, hang in there and don't ever, even the in the smallest of time, doubt Allah's dugaan.The raw ingredients will make a delicious cake!!
